Today, we’re showing you how to make gogi jjamppong ramyun (spicy seafood noodle soup with pork) that the crew on Delicious Rendezvous had for lunch.

Pork jjamppong ramyun
[Ingredients]
Pork (rear leg) 1 cup (150g)
Green onion 2/3 cup (50g)
Onion 1/2 cup (40g)
Cabbage 1/2 cup (40g)
Carrot 1/3 cup (20g)
Summer squash 1/2 cup (60g)
1 ramyun
1 egg (50g)
Fine red pepper powder 1 tbsp (5g)
Coarse red pepper powder 1 tbsp (5g)
Beef dashida 1/2 tbsp (5g)
Fine salt 1/5 tbsp (2g)
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp (10g)
Cooking oil 2 tbsp (15g)
Water 600ml

[Directions]
1. Slice the green onion in half and finely chop or slice diagonally.
2. Cut the pork in large, wide pieces.
3. Cut cabbage and onion in big pieces.
4. Cut the summer squash in a half-moon shape and julienne the carrot.
5. Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry pork and green onion.
6. When the pork turns golden, add onion, summer squash, cabbage, and carrot and stir-fry.
7. Put stir-fried veggies on one side and pour in soy sauce. Wait until it gets scorched.
8. Pour in red pepper powder over the veggies, mix well, and pour in water.
9. Add ramyun seasoning, beef dashida, and fine salt.
10. When the broth boils, add ramyun noodles and egg.
11. Put it in a bowl and finish with pepper.
