Thank you for great videos I am hoping to buy a full set of every size stone you make very soon,I saw a picture of a stone of yours that was 602pds is that the heaviest you ever made and was that accomplished with your largest stone mold and lead for extra weight I absolutely love everything you do for strength sports!

Thanks Andy! Yes we put in quality time paying attention to details to prep them correctly for competition but it’s really an easy process to make them for normal training conditions.

Please, for your sake, where a respirator when sanding those stones down while dry, silica dust is extremely bad for your lungs, I am in the construction industry and know a lot of guys who suffer because of that. It just goes into your lungs and hardens, it cannot be reversed..
