Not sure how he got the 1.5k in “junk” but he significantly undervalued the car payment. Just car insurance alone is over $200 a month for most people. Would argue that the avg monthly car payment in total (gas/ insurance/ upkeep) is $1,000 a month

living like an immigrant! Small House on a Small ass street, grandparents and extended family as house mates, cooking one big meal for everyone that counts as left overs for lunch. Do it!

Honestly, it's not just one where you're broke or making it. But, depending upon where you live, and your actual lifestyle. Yeah, $100k can be living just fine or you'll struggle..

I make 92 a year before tax. I live in a one bedroom apartment the interiors are like from the 90s… nothing fancy. I pay almost 1400 a month to live here opposed to 3 years ago when I paid 950. I own my car but the make has disastrously large mechanical bills. I don’t eat out. I’ve got very few subscriptions. I go to the gym But living expenses are out of this world. I had to change car insurance because Progressive refused to budge. While I’m not living paycheck to paycheck I do feel squeezed.

Great topic! Children are our closet connection to the universe. A woman delivering a baby is a portal that brings the source energy into our planet. Pure love coming in. The joy we can receive and can learn from a child is more than any material item can give us. Most people are choosing materialism over a family. Yes things are still expensive, but you can make it work. Slow down and get creative. Share a used car, cook at home (do meal swap with family), don't buy clothes/shoes, buy kids toys/clothes from thrift (and you don't need a lot --use what you have-keep washing and wearing), do all the freebies at the library, spend quality time with kids, (do cheap crafts/use nature) do not think you have to pay to do activities. Grow some food, If you don't get married - have kids with girlified and get free insurance, (?) or if married, skip insurance and do holistic, thrift your furniture (you can paint a lot of things to make your home cohesive). Curb or dumpster dive (:)) Go to tag sales in rich neighborhoods....!! It is doable!
