Watching you make the cones and then putting the air holes in them brought up a curious question: have you tried to drill the holes in the direction of the flight path? And if so did it improve the flight path of the dart? Overall a sweet design!🤪

You have a detailed thought! I actually pry the vent holes to actually face the direction on the flight path, using a nail. Didn't show that part coz it will be boring. Also carefully slice off the inside using a sharpened round chisel.

@@LKH9Channel can I ask you a question? I once made a mini boga (the bottle neck one* and it didn't fire well, I used pure ethanol that worked with bigger bottles and this one did not work it just made a small pop sound and a weak gas expellation. It was very tightly closed too glued together

Man...these people make really awesome guns! But I won't recommend using pvc as the chamber for high pressure/ alcohol combustion. Pvc is rated for water pressure, not air pressure.. So you might want to replace the chamber with 1L Soda Bottle. Soda Bottle can handle 100psi+ , explodes at 180psi It's best you design the pressure chamber far away from your body! Safety 1st! Wear safety Goggles + ear plugs. If the chamber explodes, it can set off car alarms and make you deaf ⚠️💀⚠️

You can salvage the wires from electrical devices, and hotglue to secure to the switch

So I found a piece of copper on an old elevator that was broken and snatched it, can I extend the thick copper into taller wire on the original one and then wrap another piece of the circular thing on the igniter

@TheCrazyOneloll not too thick wire, just a thin one will do. Too thick wire the electricity won't be able to pass thru

Maybe the typical cable that has 3 separate thin colored wires inside. You csn extract from that too. Also if you can't solder it, just twist join together onto the spark switch built in wire to extend it. Glue together using a drop of epoxy or hotglue.
