Making 2,5 inch single exhaust on my E46 330i | AFTERHOURS

In todays episode we're fixing mistakes from the past and we're making new custom exhaust system on my BMW E46.
Specs:
2" to 2,5" single exhaust with the turboworks muffler.

You should consider an MTech2 rear bumper, it will really be nice on your car. Also, the tips seem to be sticking out a lot.

This is EXACTLY what I'm looking to do with my 330ci, already straight from the cats back but want to take them out, did you have to reuse the flange to attach to the manifold as I cannot find any online ?!

I’m using V-band flanges to all of my exhaust connections, but you can reuse old ones as well

These are schmiedmann m54 headers. I’m running 15mm spcers in the back and wheels are 8j front 9j rear with 205/40/17 tyres all around

I tune these ECU’s myself, without a tune it’s not going to do that because there’s no ignition retard in stock tune

Thank you! I think that 3 inch single exhaust will be fine. Also its not gonna limit you in the future in case of puting turbo on this engine. For dual exhaust i would consider 2 or 2,25 inch

God, single exit exhaust sounds infinitely better than dual exhaust. Don't understand why everyone wants dual when it sounds worse

Because two pipes allow for a better flow while keeping the noise and droning down. I don't mind my race car being loud, but I can't stand that noise in my daily family car.
