Hello everyone! What I love about Dennis is that he does it all for the homeless-he shops for them, preps the food and cooks it and serves each person one by one. And he does not rush them. He treats each one of them with dignity. Bless Dennis and his family and all the friends he serves…you are an inspiration of what we need to do to help our fellow man. It wasnt a secret recipe to begin with. its more like a basic recipe thats not perfect now. Like 1 carrot isnt enough The onion isnt cutted and the skin got in the trash but the skin provide for a real soup a lot of colour and taste. Its good no question But not perfect yet i think cooking is bout doing it with love and knowing exactly how to use everything with no waste to anything if a cook know how to use everything off every ingreditent The meal will taste stronger. A onion skin, fat cut of meat, brocoli So much stuff where people throw it away while what they throw away is exactly where the flavour live. Thats what cooking about in my opinion

Also, the colour doesn't mean anything as chicken, seafood, or veggie stock can all be light coloured. The real taste comes from cooking the chicken and doing that process properly. I won't explain it to you since you claim to know so much so you must be already aware of how chefs get chicken dishes to taste superb lol. I watched this video and he made it perfectly so guaranteed it was tasty. PS unless you have time to stew soup stock from scratch for 5 or 6 hours, then this works fine.

Whenever someone asked for something for a friend (which is probably awkward to do, because some people may assume they’re lying) he always offers something extra too.
