Question from an OLD man NEW to making watch straps - Is 1 layer of canvas sufficient for the spring bars or should 2 be used? SORRY if this was a bother!! THANKS for the video!!

What is the other material you use to the strap? Leather? To give body to the strap because only canvas is too thin

I apologize for the late reply. Used a leather to make the strap thicker and stronger.

@@opotopo1 you can do it! I would recommend to make a leather strap first instead of canvas strap. Making a canvas strap is harder compare to leather strap. I am from Philippines I buy my canvas fabrics in uphostery shops near my place. I have a new project. Will make a levis denim strap. Please stay tune :)
