How do you design bigger ring sizes? Do they simply have more stones? If so, does that mean a bigger size eternity ring is more expensive to buy?

That's a fair question. Many eternity rings in shops are not actually full eternity rings. Rather, they're simply half-et rings (where the stones don't go all the way around). But yes, a full eternity ring for a larger hand would require more stones, which would affect the cost.

+Divyank Khimavat - The last eternity ring was made by making one single stone with revolve, an underbezel with revolve, and a single pair of cylindrical claws on one side of the stone. When you polar array these (aiming for 0.2mm spacing between stones or something close), it gives you a full eternity ring. Does that help?
