SweetGaLady JL, thank you! The wine I suggested was Pinot Grigio or a Pinot Gris. Any light crisp wine on the dry side of the spectrum is a good choice for appreciating the full flavor of more delicate cheeses. Save those bold red wines for the dinner table especially if you are serving comfort food or a nice big steak...my husband's second love!!
