Justin, I enjoy the heck out of your channel. I never know what you're gonna do next. Plus, I don't think there's probably a bad bone in your body, regardless of what your wife says. You know some folks can't help being smart alecks, even when they don't mean to be. It's a gift.

His unpredictability is definitely part of what makes his channel great. I can only watch so many CatfishDave videos due to it being the same old thing time and again, even though I have mad respect for the guy.

You did a good job on that hat. I grew up in the 50s and 60s. Dearly loved Fess Parker and, as a kid,, always wanted a coon skin hat .Never got one. All I had to work with was a collie dog and I liked the dog. So it didn't work out. But, if I was you, I'd put a bill om that hat,, a soft one that wouldn't get bumped off in the brush. Keep the sun out of your eyes. I like it.

@@SpiritoftheOutdoors well Justin. You've got a big heart. But you trapped that coon yourself and you did a good job putting it together. Plus, I'm not 5 years old anymore. But I'll tell you who might be tickled to have one, Brody.

Hey: I think it would have been cool to leave the front legs on as ear flaps with the paws still attached. I know it's easy to "Monday morning" quarterback when YOU aren't the one doing the work, which, by the way is fantastic, but still, a cool look! You have given me the faith in myself to try this. I believe what you said about this just being intimidating more than hard? I always had a hard time cutting into a good pelt. Great work. Keep 'em coming. God bless: Two Feathers

I agree. The only hides i have tanned have the feet cut off. I found bugs eat the ones i did at first. I think i know how to save them now. Im gonna make a better one that was my first and i gotta work on design

I measured around my head . Then divided measurement in half for two peices then add a quarter inch to each one if you stitch an 1/8 in from edge
