Hey,my denim is tight at my waist area. Is it still possible to make a skirt out of it?

Since it won’t have a crotch seam you might have more flexibility to move the skirt up to sit higher on your waist making it feel looser but it won’t actually change the measurement of the existing waist

Oh no!! You do need to fiddle with it to make it lay smooth over the body. Sometimes based off the design of the jeans it could be easier to put your slit in the front instead of the back

@@smilesfornicole actually it is too tight on my hips area ( even material isn't enough for dt part ) , although I used a men's jeans. Now I have ripped all the pieces ( into 4 ). It's lying on my bed 🫠 , i don't know wt to do ( maybe turn it into top or mini skirt : but it's too tough so I am hesitant)
