The hook rotates counter clock wise.

I can't get this machine to work with needles unler size 100, with gutterman sew all thread it just bunches up underneath, I've tried adjusting tension etc.

Thanks for commenting. Are you sure the top thread is threaded correctly. It sounds like the top thread has no tension to it.

@@cliffsvacandsew I think so, it works with thicker threads so I would guess the top thread would also be too loose with those also if that was the issue?

HOW TO ADJUST THE SEWING SPEED

The machines foot control sets the speed you will sew at. The farther down you push the control the faster it goes.

@@cliffsvacandsew thankyou.but at 2:50 your sewing speed was very slow. i have tried pushing the control lightly but the speed is still very fast.

@@kitjaiiii I wonder if you may have a defective foot control. You should be able to adjust speed from fast to slow easily.
