My USB C cable has 5 wires (big pink, big black and tiny white, red and green )and my iPhone USB cables have 4 wires (red, black, white, and green)is it possible to work?

So does it do data transfer as well, or only charging? I wouldnt mess with these kind of things, it feels like there is a pretty big chance of bricking/frying the board on the phone or inside the charger?

Will that seems simple enough now try making a video using a double-ended type-c cable chopping it and then trying to connect it to a USB lightning and and it's not going to be simple that's what I'm working on because the type c to type c and has an extra wire in there and for some reason it's not it's not converting
