While not completely accurate, this feels more like it captures the essence of woody. It feels more like a woody that was made in 50s, rather than what the movie portrays, and I’m here for it.

This is amazing! I was obsessed with toy story as a kid and remember being somehow disappointed by the woody toys that came out, because they just weren’t like the movie. I would have killed for this toy as a kid!

Really awesome work! You can see the hours of hard work put into this! My only criticism is that there is too much clay/putty around his eyes which make it appear not as _bulgy_ as I would imagine. I also think a clear coat applied to the eyes to make it more "glassy" would be a nice touch! Even still, best Woody doll I've ever seen a fan recreate :D

Honestly, you might as well retitle this as “I made a movie accurate Woody from scratch”. Because that is pretty much what you did, and I am impressed! The face does look a little off. The very first release of Woody back in 1995 did have a wire frame inside, but there were issues with it punching through the fabric and so that version got recalled. They are very rare now.
