I was just about to write a comment about how it would be nice to see an actual test with this axe (like breaking a door down) instead of hitting water bottles but then you went to town on the pallet. Good enough for me, nice job.

The double spikes are actually on a type axe we use. It’s used like a can opener on metal.

Another great build. Yet another reason I'd LIKE to have 3 phase running to the shop. You can't do stuff like this on a 110 volt welder. I can't even get enough bead penetration to hold a stack if damascus on the end of some rebar with either welder I have.

Yeah we get 110, 220 on big appliances, then you have to jump to 3 phase which is ideal for a big boy welding rig.

This reminds me of the Axe from Last Action Hero. the fact NO ONE has made one of those yet blows my mind. This is really close though!!! The axe in Last ACtioon Hero is BAD ASS. Ok I googled the movie axe. It's waaaay more coomplicated than I remembered, but the two spikes on the back was what made my brain make that connection. You should totally make the axe from the movie!!! I can't find anyone else that has

Cheers mate, the weight is heavier but it’s less effort to split stuff and not hard to control, i made the bottom spike shorter cause it was off balance when I tried longer
