The weekend build was fun and challenging project. I made a freehand Oom Paul style full bent pipe. The pipe is made from a piece of cherry wood. The stem is acrylic. The guy I made this for wanted a lighter finished wood so I decided to go with a natural buffed finish. The wood was sanded to 220 then buffed and finished with carnuba wax.
