It looks amazing. It isn't practical though. The handle would probably break if wielded like the real one. It's better to paint it and leave it hanging in a wall only to watch, not to use

My new version of this sword have metal handle :) and they are in 2 var (10-12kg. 20-22kg)

@hudashworkshop Updating you, I made one myself. Not entirely loyal to the original design, and it weighs around 10 kilos, but it's a good tool for a fun workout. I made it out of a Saman wood plank I sawed and sanded it on the Dragonslayer's shape My dad had almost the same reaction as Godo: "You can wield it?! You're just fulla surprises!"

For training, it would be better scaling it down to your height (the sword is about the same height as Guts) and making it thinner. Not too thin, but work your way up.

I made one out of a 1" thick plank of poplar last year (still weighs about 20-25lbs), primarily using a table saw and jig saw, so it can certainly be done.
