Nice! Just found out I'm diabetic and might loose my vision in my right eye. I picked up an eye patch, worst case scenario but it doesn't fit very well, I like what you did here. I might have give it a go.

Hey man, great video, as always! I dont know if you remember, but I asked a question about doing the pattern on the helmet a few days ago. I ended up making a new pattern, and now it fits great! Tomorrow I will do some carving and it will be finished soon. Just wanted to thank you for your time and help. You make great videos and always try to help us and answer our comments, and I really appreciate all the work you put on your channel and us. Please keep doing all these cool projects I really loved this one, as I tried to make one a few weeks ago and it turned out being awful. When the helmet its finished, I'll try doing another (but with your tips this time, hahaha)

This would be a nice small project to practice dyeing something white... After your last video I decided to buy a bit of white acrylic dye to learn how to use it myself since i cant find any good tutorials on it. It just came into while i was at work so i will be attempting soon.

Loving it! Another thing to wet form with are pool or bowling balls (I set myself up for failure there...) depending on the nature of the curve. Another concept is rigging up a trailer hitch welded on a steel plate.

Very nice look, great for cosplay. First check your mic! Second you might want to add some felt inside to help protect from the bare metal backs against you eyelid/eye as well as protect from sweat building up against the leather on warm days. great video!

How comfortable is the eyepatch? Can it be worn for long periods of time? My best friend went mostly blind in one eye (all he can see is light in the middle) & he has to close the eye constantly to not have his brain confused by the different inputs from his eyes.
