I made a round leather or rubber cutter out of a stainless pipe I used as a hanger and put away to throw away.

Good idea ! Cutting thick rubber material apply liquid dish soap to lubricate the cutting action .

use the bit you used for the wood on the leather instead, a lot easier. use one with very fine teeth and use in drill press or hand drill
