I would love to know your Mom's reaction when she sees it. Plus, a few pictures after a couple of months to see how it wears in. Leather gets so much better as it ages. Thanks Eric!

Thank you Sir for detailed explanation of every single step in making this piece! Actually you inspired me to make leather works of my own because when I was on summer vacation I've seen many your videos and I like it. After that - usual story, I've spent money for tools, threads, wax and of course a few rolls of nice geniune leather. Of course my skills far away from yours but I've already done few leather diary covers for collegues of my work, they are even ordered leather diary for our boss for his 72th birthday and I did it! It was a secret till he opened the gift box ;-) So thank you for the inspiration and all the best in this hard times! From Russia with Love!

This bag turned out amazing. I started in leather crafting a couple years ago. I make belts by hand, double layer, hand stitched, so I understand the hassle of getting long straps straight, and then stitching them. Much appreciated seeing this video set showing the work that goes into these items.
