I'm not sure how the premiere is supposed to work, but I enjoyed watching the video just now :). It's definitely a shorter one, but not less enjoyable to watch! I really love the edges on this project, they look so super neat! I agree that a custom button looks good on a project and I love the simplicity of yours. I can't wait until I'm ready to have my custom buttons made, but first I need a lot more practice, a name, and a logo! I've always been curious about how you came up with your name and logo? Keep on making the videos!!

Your projects are amazing, thanks for sharing. I have a query I hope you can help me, I see that you use a marker to paint the edges of the leather I would like to know what type of paint you use (brand or name). And if that painting is placed directly on the acrylic marker to place the edge of the leather easily?

I love your case design, it has a great shape to it! The only thing that worries me a little is the lack of backing or lining to prevent the button from scratching up the glasses inside
@whitandpark5 жыл бұрын
This button is in the middle where the nose indent is on the glasses, so it's not even close to touching the frames, even if they move around a little bit.

You know it figures you would know how to use Illustrator. Ugh, I tried using it and got very irritated especially when I know how to use Inkscape. I figured it would be just as easy but heck no. I need to find a good instruction program that teaches it.

Good videos but for beginners it’s not the best content. The amount of machines and expensive gear this guy uses isn’t accessible to a lot of people unfortunately
@whitandpark5 жыл бұрын
Everything that I do with the machines in my videos can be done by hand. It takes a lot longer but it's do-able and i did it for years. When I decided to start investing in machines i found it really hard to find videos showing how to sew leather on an industrial machine and other things like that. So my videos should hopefully be helpful to people who are "beginners" in learning how to use some of this equipment. There are plenty of videos out there that can teach you how to hand stitch if that's what you're looking for.
