I saw a few Minifgure Frames on Pinterest but could never figure out how they were made, so with a bit of trial and error I came up with a method on how to make them for pretty cheap and it's super simple. This is my favourite way to display all my minifigures as I can show them off and they don't get dusty.
All you need is:
A Shadow Box Frame
Super Glue
Bricks (Bricks or Inverted Slopes depending on your preference)
Scissors
Card
A Ruler (Not Shown)
Time
Instagram - PotterMinifigPals
I've been collecting Lego Harry Potter since 2007 and love displaying the sets and minifigures, which is why I want to share my passion, thoughts and opinions with you!

when you’re trying to figure out the placement of the lego pieces you could build a grid out of lego with open spots in it where you want the bricks you are gonna glue on to be, that way they are all at a perfect spacing from each other, great video tho it was funny

That looks great but wouldn't it be easier to just build a frame out of spare bricks so they are all fixed in the same position and then put superglue on the back of all the slopes and then fix the entire assembly to the card so that you don't have to align all the slopes on your own?

You are entertaining and easy to follow. Thank you for this easy display. I have minifigs in wood curio wall shelves, the kind that have all the little cubbies. But they’re heavy and not great for putting in the wall if you’re renting-and the mini gigs get dusty. Shadow boxes are an excellent idea. One way to make the measuring easier. Once you’ve sorted out how far apart you want your rows to be, cut and extra strip of card stock to that size and use it to measure each new row. You can mark how far apart you’re going to put each block too. Or, make yourself a template the way you made the card , with blocks put on temporarily. Trace each block, take the blocks off, then cut out each block shape. Now use that as a template for each new frame you make

To line each inverted slope properly I would attach one or two really long pieces across a whole row of them so they are the right distance apart and then glue them down. After the glue has dried you’d then remove the long pieces

i display them with their sets and for the ones that didnt come with a set i use the lego tape so i can just cut it to the size i need and then place it on the wall and display my figures but it works better for noemal figs with normal legs and mid legs anything else requires a brick with a stud on the side and if theres a back accesory it needs to come out a little bit more

Not the Skinny Legend reference 😂😂 I loved this tutorial. As for my current displaying methods, I was lucky and found what I have recently discovered to be a “Select Merchandise Company”-brand wooden display case with a glass window on the door. It’s 3 rows of 4 little cubbies that are 2 inches by 2.5 inches, which is perfect for minifigures on the minifigure stands. I don’t even have to glue the stands down so I can move them at any time. I currently have my Disney Villains minifigures in there: Captain Hook, Ursula, Jafar, & Hades, as well as Syndrome & Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean. I have a Maleficent but she has gone missing so if I can’t find her soon I’ll probably get her on BrickLink. I have the empty spots labeled with the minifigures coming out in May: Evil Queen, Queen of Hearts, Cruella de Vil, Dr. Facilier, & Ernesto de la Cruz. I don’t care to have Prince John but if I do get him I’ll probably take Syndrome out.

I have bookshelfs and such and if they aren't with the built set, I have them lined up like an army but each line is shifted on the gap so they aren't staring directly into the figure's back that's in front of them, lol. I should do a bleachers build one of these days since I have plenty of spare LEGO now.

I put all my blind bag CMF figs in frames like this but rather than putting the figs on bricks, I buy 3rd party base plates and use them as a backplate for the frame. This way the stands for the figs fit at right angles in the groove between the studs on the backplate without having to glue anything in place. This way you can also use the studs on the backplate as reference for spacing the figures out

I made a couple DIY frames for my cmfs a few years ago that each old a 48x48 baseplate as the backdrop. On that are 2x4s with studs on the sides with the minfig plates attached (it's seeming hard to describe but there are a couple videos on my channel about them). Only trouble is there is no glass so they are open to dust 😢
