That is a beautiful table. What a challenging project. Every single step is critical. If I tried that I might finally get it, but I would have the equivalent of four or five tables worth of wood in it due to all my errors. This is well thought out, well designed and well executed. Even if you generated a lot of scrap to get here, you have one beautiful piece of furniture. It's stunning in many ways. RESPECT!

This isn’t just making a beautiful table, this is a work of art. I respect and am awed by the level of craftsmanship

An exceptionally nice and shapely table. Ideal assistance for a comfortable chair. Particularly noteworthy is the multitude of joining techniques used, all of them at a very high level! I love the concept of intersecting solids, but I know how difficult it is to get satisfactory accuracy with round solids. Final effect just perfect!

Excelente.

The design, engineering and implementation are all excellent. I especially like the spline and dowel to support the short grain at the top of the leg. Nice work.

Your description says amatuer woodworker...I would add humble too because all I see is master-professional. Outstanding and creative joinery. Speechless...the dowel to strengthen the short grain, wow. And the editing is next level too.

@robstevenson675 The design isn't bad. I think you could refine some of the parts to make it less top heavy looking. Looking at the piece sitting on a bench isn't truth. It needs to be critiqued honestly by you on the floor. The construction is techniques you used are too complex.
