You should always at least use set screws when attaching to a motor shaft. Never only glue. Glue will not hold up for the chuck either.

Dude why didn't you make the backing and mount for the motor wider? Then put your angled corner piece on top rather than on the side of the motor mount. The way you've done it has your adhesive under a shear load rather than compressive. I get that this is a low stress piece but still... And please drill into some waste board next time instead of onto your vice. Unless you just like destroying bits for the fun of it. 😉

Man. Your work is awesome, but please, I beg you, be careful with your tools. At 0:27 , the saw was quite close to your finger, and at 0:35 , the blade was too high (and your hand is fcking close). Please, keep creating content, but with all the safety needed. You can use 2 wood pieces to move the wooden board on your table saw. Never forget that your tools can cut your finger or hand with ease, and even more ... Anyway, that was a very nice video. Thanks for sharing that. Greetings from France
