Melt-in-your-mouth yogurt cake recipe
- Round mold size: diameter 15cm * height 7cm
*ingredient
45 g butter
Greek yogurt 180g
4 egg yolks
2 g lemon juice
1g salt
40g soft flour
15 g cornstarch
Lemon Zest
115 g egg whites
70g sugar
2 g lemon juice
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
Preheat at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
(Total baking time 90 minutes)
-Please set the time to 90 minutes from the beginning so that the oven does not turn off.
1.170 degrees 18 minutes
2.120 degrees 10 minutes
(Open and close the oven door for 30 seconds while lowering the temperature)
3.110 degrees 62 minutes
