Yup! That's another term for them 😚 My sister is a nurse and I think different hospitals/regions call them differently. She said they call them Kelly Grips in hers, but Hemostat is the official name I think!

Thank you! I think it's two kinds of "chunky" yarn. One is Yarn Bee in the "luxe" size, and the other is Lion Brand/HomeTown, both in 100% acrylic. I find the looser the weaving, the easier/better the yarn is to work with. :)
