So glad to see Rainbow High customs! I've been wanting to get into customizing them specifically so it's nice to see how others are doing it, especially the eyes. I think her "eyelid" crease is supposed to be her eyeliner/lash line demarcation rather than the lid. I'm basing that solely on how thick all my RH dolls' liner is.

I have a small stock of them to use and I want to do so many more! You'll definitely see Rainbow High dolls sprinkled in with Monster High on my channel. :) I think you're definitely right about the lash line being molded like that! I hadn't really considered it at all, but it makes so much sense.

How cute 😍 I've never heard of Decora but Lila Yamamoto rainbow high doll comes with the bandaid molded on her nose already and she comes with crocs! Junior High Jade has it molded on, too. The eyes are so vibrant! I really liked the green ones on this particular doll! I think this doll came out so adorable and I belive tulle is the name of the fabric of the skirt.

I know this video is old but I had a problem with a MH doll where the whole face was like this and even when I sprayed the MSC it was coming out shiny. I now make it a point to use a dry magic eraser all over the face before spraying to help keep the vinyl that mat feeling. (Learned this from American high customizors haha)

@@BlurredColors yes! It’s great. My theory is the acetone messes with the vinyl a bit (which is why acetone is outright shunned in the AG community lol) so the MSC isn’t sticking right.

@@xXprettyxkittyXx That could have some truth to it! Especially considering if you want to shrink a vinyl head, soaking it in acetone is the way to go. I think it removes the plasticizer? What is the AG community?

Hey, adorable doll!! I just clicked on this because I'm making a custom of my own, but I ended up watching the whole thing. Her design is gorgeous. I do have a question, if it's alright? Do you still have the pattern for the jacket, and would you be comfortable with sharing it, or me tracing it from the video? I'm attempting to make the same style jacket for my doll, but I'm kind of struggling T-T. Even if not, this was a super useful video, thank you!!

Thank you! For the pattern, I don't mind at all. I still have the pieces, but it will take me a few days to scan them and peovide you with a link. If you need it urgently, then please feel free to copy from the video. I may have made some adjustments as I worked on it, but probably not much at all. It's just been a long time so I cannot say for sure.

I do actually, but this decora kei doll is already sold. I also don't do currently do custom orders, but all of my dolls from my videos are for sale.
