Bro one thing i wannna suggest u about two blockbusters super heroes of indian comics of Raj comics. One of them is Super commando dhruv for his brilliance he have no super power but have.a greatest mind & second one Doga ( characteristics inspire from dogs loyalty) but his aggression is phenomenal. I used to read raj comics in my childhood but i personally thinks that these characters and their stories have capability to give badass compitition to marvel & dc specially for super commando dhruv so search about them you will get best result.

A animal which is under some experimemts allows him to communicate with brain power which is telepathy and arya rscues him in his first mission, animal accompamies him and animal helps him in his transportation. U can later use this animal more efficiently later on, Or may be animal becomes his companion in fights, also animal becomes arya, s good friend , he helps him in his mission , U can create thousands of ideas using this super animal. So i suggest a animal who will have brain powers amd has intelligence level more than humans and can use transportation powers.
