dough
70g butter
20g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
40g almond powder
50g cake flour

100 g butter
70g peanut butter
50g cake flour
50g all-purpose flour
2g salt
100g sugar
1 egg
|Baking process
sheet dough
1. Gently whip room temperature butter.
2. Add salt and sugar and whip.
3. Add the eggs several times while whipping.
4. Sift almond powder and cake flour and mix.
5. Place the dough on 15cm square mousse rings and spread evenly.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Let it cool for a while

5. Sift the cake flour and all-purpose flour, then add them and mix.
