I’ve been meaning to try this one for months but for whatever reason I built up the double diamond knot work in my mind to be very difficult and have been too nervous to try it. Well today I gave it a go and because your tutorial was so well done I completed the little project. Thank you for your great tutorials . You really are one of, if not the best on KZbin, especially for beginners.

This popped up in m6 feed today… how I ever missed this video is beyond me..l I have made these before but not quite as large… so, guess what I did? lol… yep I made one… I made mine with the heavy duty survival paracord with the fishing line, fire starter line, thin wire snare line and the cotton thread sewing line… going to attach it to my Scout BackPack with a carabiner and I make a few of these for my scouts instead of the survival brackets i usually make for them since i'm out of the buckles with the fire starter / ferrous rod / whistle / compass that I use…. As soon as You did this Talisman Tutorial I jumped all over it making my interpretations of: -The Ninja Turtles with Micro and Mini paracords. -The Incredible Hulk -Spiderman(a really hard one if you add details) -Venom(not as bad as Spidey) -and other Marvel and DC characters. I may do Some StarWars.

You could easily make these into tmnt by tying tighter at the top and very bottom. Leave the middle looser, this making a round body. Switch colors for the different tmnts.

should have put a little survival kit wrapped in plastic inside the body area, sure less paracord that way, but becomes a useful emergency kit when the zombie apocalypse starts ;).

Thanks for the tutorial! Instead of tying a diamond for the head I used an older monkeys fist by weaving the excess through the middle of the fat man body. I also made him hands with some excess paracord. Its awesome! I had to melt a bit on the loop because I undid the diamond I had first made to attach the monkey fist.
