I've been watching you since almost the beginning. And you absolutely killed this lure. But it's crazy to come back and watch this older video and see how much your carving has improved. I'd LOVE to see you redo this lure super with silicone and resin fins.

I just watched this video again myself. Everything has improved so much. You don't notice the changes as time goes on, but when you come back and watch the older videos again, you really see his progress. I thought he was good when this video was made. Now he's that much better.

I keep pushing for perch lures in your videos, not realizing you made some beauties in past videos I missed! As a youngster,I caught 3"-5" perch for bait for muskie fishing. Now , perch lures are "confidence baits" I use often. Great job!

I’ve watched all your videos at least twice each , some many more. You got me started trying this . Any way this perch , is my favorite. So much detail , you make everything look so easy. I do know it is not. And This was 5 years ago . I am on my second try , attempting to duplicate this perch. Just want to say thanks for gettin this old guy excited about doing something again . I did catch a Sunny on my first bait. Sunnies like Fred’s baits 😂

Wonderful job as always. I have learned so much from your videos. Thanks for posting these builds. I struggled with the glass cabochons eyes rocking and rolling while trying to dot them. Found a great use for double sided tape. Place double sided tape on a piece of wood. Stick eyes lens side down to tape and no more scooting eyes. the tape leaves no residue on the lens.
