Nice, Just built a couple of these. Wood glue would provide additional support and help seal up gaps.

Your finished product (frame freeze @ 2:58) looks different than the 3D image. Any particular reason for the switching up of your male and female tabs? Ex: your 20" panel is all male on the 3D image, but all female in this shot. Unless I'm looking at it wrong. Which could be possible.

as each side is set into the adjacent one, the panels actually measure 24, 20 or 18, depending on the side. Then the tabs are 3/4" to match the thickness of the plywood. I made the tabs 6" long on the shorter heights and 8" long on the 24" height.
