Making a Princess Jellyfish inspired dress!!

This is a DEEPLY nerdy take, but the crystal droplets remind me of individual siphonophore segments! They are adjacent to jellyfish and felt like an artistic representation of the fact that siphonophores are often confused for jellyfish. My zoology heart is so happy!

I'm actually idk allergic to natural materials. Cotton is HORRIFICALLY ITCHY. And I smell worse when I wear it. I hope synthetics never go out of favor as I need them to wear clothes.

I think a good reference for water droplet garnishments would have been Kim Kardashian’s 2019 Met Gala Mugler dress. I still think it’s one of the best dresses she ever wore because of the placement and effect of the “water drops”. Still a very nice dress that captures the essence of a jellyfish from “Jellyfish Princess” anime.

Omg that’s gorgeous!! And jellyfish designs are so under-appreciated, always loved the flow of designs people come up with, colors & using iridescent materials. If you like jellies & dolls (normally I’m phobic of dolls but the lady w/this channel makes really cool dolls) Catmeleon Studio has this gorgeous jellyfish themed doll that turned out so cool & pretty.
