This monster would be cool to fight in a video game or I guess horror game.

Someone else said that too, perhaps it was meant to be a game boss! Hahaha I wouldn't be opposed!

Looks so cool! You smashed it yet again! My mum doesn't like heating the oven twice a day either. I think I saw Adam from North of the border "bake" tiny clay teeth with a heat gun. Perhaps that might be an option for you?
@MechanicalFiend3 жыл бұрын
Ahhh you're too sweet, so glad you liked it! That is actually so genius, I feel like I might have even seen him do that and forgot lol. I wonder if it would work with a hair dryer because I don't have a heat gun... hmm will totally keep that in mind for the future!

FYI metalic paints works best on top of a black base coat

You know I actually do know that, but still often choose not to do base coats. I enjoy chaos~

Talented as always... I've been wanting to get into model painting and whatnot. Have you ever considered using 3D printed parts? I have 3D printer and I've made some cool stuff with it.
@MechanicalFiend3 жыл бұрын
Ahhh thank you, I hope you do try model painting! Tbh I haven't really even thought about it because I can't afford a 3D printer haha. It's super cool what you can do with them though! Although part of me also really likes making every little piece by hand even if it's not as perfectly done~

@@MechanicalFiend don't give up, look at more scary things and scary movies for your inspiration. I am no expert on making scary but that is how I have tackled making cute and cuddly for my niece when she wanted a fairy princess drawn for her.

Great build, love the inside/outside concept. What was the white material you used to make the buttons and rivets? Looked like pva glue, but imo that tends to droop, run, and flatten. What did you use?
@MechanicalFiend3 жыл бұрын
The same puffy paint that I used at 8:52! It's technically a three dimensional fabric paint, but it sticks to most surfaces! I just started using it recently and it's been super helpful for a bunch of small details, love it! And thank you so much, so happy you could enjoy it~
