Half way through tufting this I ran out of the rainbow speckled yarn, only to find out that it had been discontinued by its manufacturer and every store in the country had sold out. I had to then spend 2 weeks on Marketplace tracking down someone who had some extra leftover, and then drove 3 hours to buy 3 balls of yarn. Shoutout that lady for dipping into her stash so I could finish this! If you're watching, you're the best.

super clean rug thankyou for the in depth video, very helpful. I have a couple questions, was it difficult to get acclimated to the NC carpet binder, i've looked into getting one but the machine looks intimidating to say the least also what was the name of the color on the background for the monster rug i really like the look?

Hey- yeah, that particular colorway of the yarn is long gone I guess, but they did make different tones with different colored speckles, so, keep your eye out I guess. The NC machines are definitely no joke, I'm still getting used to the binding machine, it's got a lot of different moving parts that all have to be in sync for the machine to work smoothly... and then you also have to not fuck it up 😂 The carving machine was a lot easier to get used to than the binding machine
