Hello! I bought it new in Estonia 2 years ago. Jasic PFC 180 mma. I paid 218 euros for it with home delivery. I measured real welding amperes with ampere clamps. Very exactly as the scale showed, so did the ampere clamp reading. I did not believe that I could get such a good weld .Usually, Chinese welding devices do not give as many amperes in reality as written. Jasic is a really good company, it is worth buying!

Great video mate and don't be so hard on yourself. You are doing a lot better than a lot of people with the same experience.

Two things I've noticed from watching your videos so far. Firstly, you seem a really down to Earth guy, and secondly you're a VERY fast learner! Both make it a pleasure to watch your videos. Top stuff mate. Keep em coming.

What I find great about your videos is that you emphasis the use of Levels, Squares, and Tapes over and over. The point being is that to get a finished product that meets the customers needs and not require adjustments in the field you do what is needed up front constantly checking and rechecking, level and fit. Anyone can learn to do a fine weld, but if the parts do not aline and arrive where they are expected for final fitting in the field then all that welding was just wasted effort. This is what all new comers should take away from your videos, do the little things and check, check and check again and the end result is what the customer expects and what you are being compensated for. Keep up the fine work and will continue to sit down and watch and enjoy what you produce. Look forward to the next video.

Familiar feeling, mig welder, have dabbled with TIG. Learned it though on stick. It takes alot of real practice to get up to mark.

I have a similar machine from Parweld and use it mostly on lift start TIG. It is remarkably good on a 16A 240V supply. the fan only runs when needed and the current control is digital and perfectly adequate down to 30A. Its better than me at stick welding!

Would be great if you could do a review of your Jasic 200A AC/DC Tig. There is almost nothing on KZbin about the Jasic AC/DC Tig’s so would be very interested to hear your thoughts on the machine. Great channel! Keep up the good work! 💪

I run an ESAB Rogue 180 here in the USA, be aware, if you have to connect to a source with a Ground Fault Interrupt [GFI] it may very likely trip the GFI. I have the same Issue with Miller inverters, seems the GFI is finicky. Not sure what you call them over there, but beware.....Cheers, Paul and watch out for others connecting to the same breaker as you on a job site.....these little machines are very handy...

Does the machine have a Hot Start feature which boots amps at start and after a few seconds goes back to your set amps? do not know if you used if you have, but it is handy for starting arc.....looks like 7018 you are using, but maybe 7014....helps with those rods....cheers, Paul

Everyone's got to start somewhere bud! Getting there though, just a matter of time👍had some nice peeling going on👍 One thing that wil make life easier for you especially with welding the rungs into ladders, or anything else that is round and welded as a fillet, is adjusting the angle your rod comes out of the tongs. It you hold the tongs like you'd hold a pint glas (lol) with the rod pointing away from you, pull the rod and bend it as it comes out of the tongs so its pointing down towards the floor. That way as you come round the bar, youll only have to alter the angle of your wrist rather than moving your whole arm and shoulder to get a decent angle on the rod. Will be able to relax your shoulders and not get stiff back and neck by the end of the day too. Hope that makes sense🙄 If you get what i mean, give it a go tomorrow and see how you get on👍👍

Does the fan run constantly? I've got the older model and it's just permanently on. It's not a criticism of it because it's paid for itself hundreds of times over and has been brilliant value for money, just odd considering every other little inverter I've ran cuts in and out, as and when. Anyway, beautiful job as always sir.

Nice video, you’re honest about your review about the machine and yourself. Just curious I’m wondering if your extension cord was too long for the machine. Growing up when I was younger, somebody had a 40 foot extension cord with a circular saw and it pretty much wood jam in the 2 x 4. Maybe that has something to do with the high amps tripping the breaker. Just saying. PS I’m more of a stick welder, since I am a heavy duty mechanic. None of that fancy mig or tig for me.YET🇨🇦
@ARCONEWELDING3 жыл бұрын
From what i know at full power the welder draws more then 13a and the small plug is connected to a 13amp breaker switch so after a few seconds over 13a it trips out so why i swapped it over to the 32a plug and breaker switch
@MachineInput3 жыл бұрын

@@ARCONEWELDING not wrong there!! Best set i ever used was a transpulse synergic 500 (i think it was called) with w/c 501series torch. Would just run and run all day long, welding heavy steelwork as smooth as silk. The tig and stick functions on it were lovely and stable too. The Mig didnt have any of the CMT programs though, was either dip, spray or pulse.
@kf85753 жыл бұрын
@@Migman2020 i had one of them on facebook last year trying to tell me that an Rtech would be just as reliable as the Miller pipe pro 400 machines that my employer has not long ago bought. Was a bit of a waste though, as the procedure they were hoping to get passed (pulsed spray 20mm fillets on 316) for a real heavy plate job, were knocked back and the client wants it full tig. But even the tig and stick functions have got a 100% duty cycle up to around 375amps lol. Try that with an Rtech and it would probably melt lol
