Making a simple sign with my Onefinity CNC, Easel Pro using Oramask

This was my first foray into sign-making with my CNC and it worked out wonderfully. I used Oramask to mask the entire piece and then cut into it with my X-50 Onefinity Woodworker CNC using a downcut endmill, finished with a 60* V-bit. It left a really smooth finish on the stencil and I was able to easily spray paint the various colors of the sign.

I am awed again! People will look at that sign and say “how’d he do that?”. I love the way you figure out a way to do new projects and then show how, and explain it so well. Great job. Nice work Michael! Use a squeegee rather than a roller for applying the masking and you will get a tighter seal on the masking and should need no touch up!
