Doc you're awesome. I really enjoy learning from your videos. I cracked up laughing when you put the monkeys and football statement up.

@@docski377, Well, I think I found it either open box or used on eBay and one other place for $19.50. So, I'll get that, but I'd much rather send my money to the man I'm learning from! I'm watching most of your KZbin videos, so thank you Doc!

@@thomasharder9582 I wish you could too. Long story about the whole DVD thing but bottom line is I get nothing but fame. No one can accuse me of having good business sense. LOL

Hi Doc Ski, I am trying to improve on the design, I came up with rubber cement for the glue instead of superglue as you can them peel the rubber cement away and reglue some foam into the electrical grommets. I also used some acrylic instead of fence posts and moulded into an angle to the same shape. Thankyou so much for the video!

Hello DocSki. Do you have a part number or more info on the foam from O Baltor & Sons? It looks like the sheet you are cutting is about 1/2". I have been having trouble finding some locally that will hold thread tight. Thanks

It is short of 1/2 inch thick and Sorry I dont have a part number or density. They are pretty good at helping you figure that out.

I've tried to find the nylon grommet, with no luck. The closest I found was wire ducting, but the smallest I found was 1.25" square, and the slots were 4mm wide. Could you please point me in a better direction?

I have heard that a lot so I called the company I used to get mine from and found out the manufacturer moved the plant and also got a huge government contract so they are months behind in production and the product may not be available for more than a year.

I found a Company called the foam factory. They have a Cross Linked Polyethylene that seems to be about the right density. www.foambymail.com/MC2-/cross-linked-polyethylene-foam-2lb.html Not sure if its the same stuff Doc was using but it looks close.

As long as it is resilient it should work out fine. The stuff I use is orthopedic sole material sold by O. Balter and Sons located in San Francisco.
