Sonne Immage is a good channel to look into for samples, I wouldn't recommend since it's a pretty popular channel but it's great to start off with.

Just find sample of your favourite phonk song and dig into this artist albums, songs, artists like him from this genre I like Roland Jones style. He uses a lotta Yuji Ohno, You and The Explosion Band (etc) samples. So I dig into their albums and found my gems😁 Digging is a skill too
