It’s worbla and air dry clay! I watch a ton of KZbin tutorials on building things :) I got my worbla on sale when Michaels was clearing out their selection here in Reno!

You know it would be even cooler if you take it to a next next level and go on a thrift store hunt to try to find glass that correspond with those colors. Then you can cut little holes into the dress and industrial glue it into the corset part. Just an idea but I love the inspo and hard work and dedication you put into this magnificent.
