Making a Stone Hand Statue ~ Start to Finish

In this video I make a hand statue using a kit. The kit comes with everything needed to make one hand statue: a bag of powder to mix with water to make the mold, and a bag of plaster to mix with water to pour in the finished mold to make the statue. I carve on the finished statue with a knife and the paint the finished work with acrylic paint.

Awesome work. Might I ask what is the thing u did early stage where u made a mold of your hand, what was the *"Thing" u pushed your hand into ?

@@x-webman - In that video, you only refer to it as "Mold Mix" and that is so vague I get no info from that.

It’s one of those make a hand kits that has mold mix and plaster. I got it on Ebay. Just search for Hand Mold Kit.
