i feel the need to point this out.....there’s a huge difference between john and “some” others that upload woodworking videos. john throws in a bonus video that quickly shows how we build a handle where some other people that upload these videos that I’m referring to will include their pets and music and what they had for breakfast and waking thru the park and everything else under the sun and bore the crap out of us watching. thanks john for the way you make your videos....we notice and appreciate it. cheers.

Hello sir, I just want to see you build and show how the tilting and lifting mechanism works at the same time with a circular saw machine I mean, just the lifting and tilting part's is what I am searching coz I saw someone built it but didn't show the lifting machanism works and I was wondering if the tilted part is made like you showed us then does the lifting part works separately? I hope you understand 🤗👍

Fantastic to follow your progress in the tablesaw build. I’ve been wainting for this build for a while. 😊 Must say I absolutely enjoy your videos and how you present/edit them. I’m a rookie woodworker but I have managed to build your tablesaw fence. And this helped me alot in my progress. Greetings from Norway.

Craftsmanship at it's finest! Agree with you on the incremental fence I thought long and hard about adding that to my saw and for the same reasons decided against it. What I would love to see on your build (I'm upgrading my saw with this) is an under cabinet dust shroud that "wraps" the blade. I made a quick prototype to test and dust collection is next level amazing.

Hi John, I've seen you make lots of stuff, all fabulous, including several previous iterations of table saw where you've mounted s circular saw in a frame & utilised the saw's native rise & tilt mechanism. This build you're making your own with ply, and design/build as you go. Have you tested anything to destruction prior to implementing? Do you know if your screws& glue (& screws only) will survive the shock loading of multiple starts? Even worse, shock load of sudden catastrophic stops, kick backs, saw binds, ? Is the table assembly strong enough to stop a 7,000 rpm saw blade from cutting itself out of the table right in front of your eyes, face, torso? I sincerely hope you include some steel plate around the spinning blade & bearing mounts to reduce any chance of a blade escaping with dire consequences!

Nice Project. I wish to add that with wood movable objects it is good practice to rub paraffin wax on all moving and touching surfaces to make them smooth and with less wear. Metal and bearing rubbing against wood also. The old timers did this often. Just a suggestion.
