Well… it was only a tiny bit and when the USSR annexed them, they took some land FROM Estonia and Latvia, thus in 1991 when the USSR collapsed, the two nations never got their pre-WW2 borders back.

Both are good but in my opinion is HOI4. It’s just a game I want and I don’t have a computer sadly, but I’ve watched other YTbers play it and it looks really fun. (Side note: I have CK3 on my Xbox) But yeah in conclusion, I think it’s Hearts of Iron 4.
