My version of how the wedding will go: Katakuri will see that Sanji will dodge Pudding's bullet in the future so he throws a jelly bean at him, killing him...Then Sanji will "wake up" sweating after seeing that vision(like Luffy saw into the future for a bit vs Mihawk).He will then dodge both the bullet and the jelly bean like some Matrix shit. Then Luffy will make his entrance coming out of the cake, ruining it and try to break the photo.Katakuri will sense it and throw multiple jelly beans covered in haki at him.Sanji will then show off his new blue diable jamble or w/e and stop them from hitting Luffy. They will break the picture, Big Mom will get weakened and scream.Everybody will kneel from the kings haki/scream beside the 3 commanders and the crew cuz of the ear plugs.Luffy/Sanji/Jimbe will take on the 3 commanders for a few seconds / the Vinsmokes take on Zeus and Prometheus while Capone fires his missle. Everything seems to work in their favor and they think they got it... But then, somehow Big Mom gets Super angry and goes into her Insane Big Bitch mode.The misle hits her but it doesn't penetrate her skin.She turns to Capone all bloodlusted and starts walking towards him.The men inside Capone stars shooting at Big Mom with cannons but they don't even phase her.Capone, for the first time in his life is terrified and stars running for his life but the insane big bitch grabs his soul and takes his life. Seeing all this, Caesar gets cold feet and gets the fk out with the mirror.Jimbe sees that and decides to somehow stall Big Mom and all the commanders allowing the straw hats to escape.Jimbe will die at the hands of Big Mom and everybody will run crying.

In calling it now. Correct me if I am wrong but observation Haki still has some human component, for example you can only dodge non random attacks demonstrated by Luffy bouncing his attacks randomly off a wall to hit Enel. So based on that Dog Tooth can see things in the future based off the individual or individuals he is around, but he will not be able to see the Tamatebako Box explosion because it will be a random attack, no one at the wedding knows its their, not even Jimbei. So he won't be able to read anyone to see the future of that happening. Dog Tooth will however find out parts of the capone plan depending on how many seconds he can see in the Future.
