using his concept, you could probably desaturate a photo in photoshop and export it as a jpeg

Its your choice. You can do it all just in Zbrush too.

I still get a square around my alphas when they are in zbrush.

I found that blacks don’t save as black. When I open my saved jpg in photoshop the black areas are a very dark grey. Not sure how to fix it other than to edit it on photoshop and save it again

Turn down the opacity of the brush, I believe. Used to happen to me all the time.

download free "JSplacement" software and don't torture yourself and people
