You have incredible weathering skills. More important, you have the imagination to generate a scene and know when to apply those skills. Kudos.

You are really good at capturing the atmosphere of the places you explored. I think once this pandemic goes away and I have more money, I would definately consider doing the Patreon thing. You have a really good eye for spooky old buildings and really bring them to life!

I definitely hope to grow the channel to the point where I can spend even more time on it and have a Patreon. We’ll see! A lot of these are based on photos I took while I worked on a film about the place a few years back. It’s called Project Senium, you can find it here on YT and Instagram if you’re interested!

Wow, very realistic looking. That was a lot of work you did making the ground. I was thinking that some fine gravel might have helped you achieve the look a bit easier. I haven't made any dioramas yet. I have 2 cats that would be helping me and they would be more aggressive about it than your cat. BTW, he is a handsome cat.

Hi I've just found your channel... and subbed... WOW! I make ambient music and some is dark/horror ambient music... I've been wondering about attempting to make this kind of miniature set/rooms for shooting the videos to my music... This is such an awesome talent you have and its so gritty and realistic, cliché statement but very true. And I love how you show how its done rather than just be wowed with seeing it happen silently. Totally ace work, on to the rest of your videos! If I do end up starting this route would I be ok to ask any questions? 🙂

Love what you're doing with these videos! The dropper that you are using when putting down the blanket and dirt on the floors are you mixing in glue and water to help stick that stuff in place or is it just water?
@AbandonedMiniatures3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Sorry for not explaining in the video, but I use some diluted rubbing alcohol first, and then a mixture of glue or mod podge and water, usually 3:1 water and glue. The alcohol helps the glue flow into everything instead of sitting on top. It dries clear and does a great job sticking small things like dirt and dust down!

I’ve always been intrigued with abandoned places and the history behind them. After taking photos and video of these places for years I wanted to try and recreate them without graffiti and maybe recapture a little bit of the essence of the original places without all the distraction.
@DOCDOCFLAMINGOS3 жыл бұрын
Ahhh me again .. as I forgot I had a question. That being are you working in an overall scale so that it's all uniform to that scale . Or different and varied scale and use whatever makes each part look the best in the overall piece .Or no scale whatsoever and only just doing it by eye and what makes each piece look the best in the overall look of the piece ? I hope that makes sense ..as I re read it in not even sure it makes sense to me ..
@AbandonedMiniatures3 жыл бұрын
I have not been too strict on scale, some of them I’ve basically just gone with the scale that fits with the largest I can 3D print for a certain item. But most of these are somewhere around 1:18 and 1:24 scale.
