Thanks for this review. You mention using the Xtool software. Is this software something I can download to my computer or do I have to use it from the Xtool website? Thanks.

You are a very talented miniature set artist. I could look at this type of thing all day. Movie sets, backdrops, etc. are very interesting to me and especially miniatures. Even as you were still working, with the lighting high, you didn't even notice the floor was not staggered slats. I like that you give the names of what you are using. I just came across your channel today and subscribed. If you could direct me to more sites, like these I surely would appreciate it. Thank you.

Super glue accelerator is VERY TOXIC and is banded from many studio because of it’s know toxicity and there are more friendly alternatives such as tiny amounts of water or baking soda can crystalize super glue into harder form. Keep in mind- no matter the accelerant used on CA (super) glues - the fumes from the reaction are toxic too. In fact CA glues can have an intensely fast thermal action and smoke when in contact with porous materials like wool or substances like a lot of water. Use care, ventilation and fresh air.

I have an ex tool S1 40 watt. So what am I doing wrong that I can only cut 1/8 inch boards? If I want to cut a4 inch board, I have to go over it to possibly three times. These boards are not hard wood. Thank you Jan

I know this comment is really late to the game, but WOW! This is absolutely incredible. Although I have to admit, watching you destroy it at the end was a bit heartbreaking.

Edit: I just see I’d missed the video about the Falcon 2. I see some of those are a lot less expensive… but I see a range of prices. Starting under $400 tho…. Doable. You still recommend those? ::::: ::::::: When I’m browsing and wishing, I keep seeing cutters that are low priced enough for “even me”. There’s just no way I can afford a unit like this one at any time in the foreseeable future, do you have any experience with or recommendations for any of the low-end entry level cutters? I know anything would be limited but just something to handle up to maybe 1/8” or so mdf, plywood, or mat board. I understand they wouldn’t be worth your time to mess with but you may have heard something interesting along the way….

***DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT** I wasted thousands on an entire Axibo rig, including the zoom and focus motors. It took around 2 months to receive the thing following several unanswered emails from Axibo. Once received, the product did not function as advertised. The LiveLink data it exports to Unreal Engine is jittery. When you move the Axibo, and it completes a move, the data jumps around, causing the virtual camera to bounce in Unreal. Other users had the same issue. Axibo promised a fix back in April, but there is still nothing. The zoom axis will spontaneously lose calibration even if you leave the unit powered up. If you cycle power to the Axibo, all calibration data is lost. The worst part is that they completely ignore all tech support requests. They do not return emails. They have a Discord server for tech support that they never answer. The product is well-built, but once you buy it, good luck! You are on your own. I work in network television, and this kind of behavior by a business would never fly in the real world. Abandoned Minatures,, I would suggest you pull this product recommendation.
