My Ferman model HO7552 generator was hard to move around on uneven ground so I decided to put some larger tires on it. They just happen to be off of a wheel chair. This is sort of different but cool.

Ron, I woke up at 3:00 this morning with an idea how to hold the generator up while I remove the pin holding up the jack stand. Now to figure out how it works. I love not knowing how to do stuff. You learn so much.

Hi Jere, Fine looking modification! As per usual.. lots of care and consideration employed. But I must ask .. why did you not just add motors to the wheelchair and use it as a row-rig for the genset? You could have even used the generator to provide power for the motors. Then, of course.. toe-in or out would have really come into play during those high-speed turns. ;) ... Joe

I'm hoping to get something real smart figured out before the next video. I could spend three days designing and fabricating a quick jack. But I think throwing a block of wood under the frame will let me get the pin out of the jack stand just as easy.
