Nice cutting boards. I saw that made the repairs by mixing wood dust with white wood glue. Tip: do that with clear lacquer or oil. Glue often gives stains that you do not get with clear lacquer.

Good looking boards. How do you prevent tear out when using your planer on end grain? Does it have a helical head?

I usually glue a sacrificial board at the ends where the tear out happens. Helical head would help minimize tear out for sure.
