That's excellent, You've probably found the 4 chorus settings by now, I'm loving this thing, it's subbing for my minitaur rn just fine

@@irradix213 I sold the minituar when my Minilogue kicked its ass in a 1v1 bass battle lol. S1 is a mighty bass monster too 💪

Such a capable little synth!

It is great to find a video where someone shows more abilities of this synth. Recently I have seen people making only ambient jams or at least long, lush pads, not an entire songs, so that was refreshing, thank you. :) I am thinking of buying it someday and your video is certainly an argument for doing this. :) Also, I believe there is a chorus somewhere in the menu and, if I understood you correctly, you mention it not being there.

@@majasobiech6913 Ah I totally missed the chorus thank you! I was still gonna be happy with it sans-chorus but this is a nice surprise lol. Still haven’t figured out all the menu functions, this thing does so much 🤯

Really cool song and great video, the way you calmy and happily explain everything makes it so nice to watch Also there is effectively a way to sync the lfo starting point to when a note is trigger in the menu

@@banloup Thank you! The LFO sync’d during live play and midi playback, but de-sync’d when being recorded. If you know of a way to fix that issue I’d love to hear it ^_^

Cool, I really want an S1, and the new sampler from the Roland compact line too.

Saame that new sampler looks sick haha. With both you might go mad with power :o

So just to clarify, the S1 is playing back 4 tracks from your DAW?
@MistyMusicStudioКүн бұрын
@@helijim not quite. I played the s-1 to record midi, which was quantized and fed back to the s-1 to record audio tracks. Once the audio is recorded to the computer, the s-1 doesn’t need to handle playback anymore. So the audio was recorded 1 track at a time and is playing back from the computer, which can basically handle unlimited tracks.
